Butter Chicken Parm |

Take a shot every time I say YA’LL 😂 but for though ya’ll lol you have to try this one. I combined two of my favorite meals, butter chicken and chicken parm. The flavors were out of this world.

Butter sauce:
1 small onion (chopped)
2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tbs ginger (minced)
1.5 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
Salt/pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 can crushed tomatoes
Butter
Olive oil
Breading/egg wash:
2-3 eggs
Salt/pepper
Oregano
Panko bread crumbs
Bake on 365 until cheese is melted. Broil for 1-2 minutes for color (optional)
