Ingredients 材料 :
250g （8 ounces) butter （牛油）
110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
1 egg（鸡蛋）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
1/2 tsp vanilla essence （香草精）
320g (2 1/2 cups) plain flour （普通面粉）
60g (1/2 cup) corn starch（玉米粉/粟粉）
40g (1/3 cup) milk powder （奶粉）
1/2 tsp baking soda （苏打粉）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以170°C上下火烤15分钟。

I made other YT butter cookie recipes this one is a winner. I was able to make 3 diff butter cookies off this 1 recipe. I made Lemon, Pecan and Vanilla w a small dash of Almond extract. I now have a butter cookie recipe for my family. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us! Btw. I did not have powdered milk, I used a few tbsp of regular milk instead.
