Please what if there’s no light to refrigerate it for 30mins? Can I just keep it for 30mins before I roll.

Please where do you intend to keep it? You can bake it right after rolling and cutting. The only difference will be in the texture and taste of the cookies

Yes please but I'm afraid it might not be the same as though it had been refrigerated for some things. The shape and size might not be affected but the taste might slightly be different
