Another home run Catherine!😍 And I did watch the video of the healthy recipe and appreciated it very much!😋 This cake looks very decadent!🤤 And a wonderful topping with the Butterfingers!😘 Did you know you can get Butterfingers already crushed? There's a package of Butterfinger Bits! It's usually around the ice cream since some people use it that way. But you and I like using it for baking!😉 I actually use the Butterfinger Bits in my peanut butter brownies. I put peanut butter cookie dough in the bottom of the pan and add the Butterfinger Bits into the brownie dough. I just spread the brownie dough over the peanut butter dough and bake it!😚 There are very few things that you make that I don't like so even the healthy recipes are a winner for me!🤩 But everyone loves your dessert recipes! I can see Thomas enjoying this one too!☺️ Thanks for sharing another great recipe!🥰

I had a Butterfinger cake 26 to 27 years ago. I was living in another state and haven't seen any of the people from that State anymore but I would think about that cake from time to time and how good it was, it wasn't a poke cake and it was round though. This is the only recipe I have ever seen of anyone using butterfingers other than that cake. It seems that they used fresh whipped cream instead of Cool Whip I know this is easier though. Can't wait to try but I might go ahead and use the whipped cream. I've used the whipped cream before when I made the jello poke cake and it was so delicious. Thanks a lot Catherine for sharing.

Hi Catherine. I cannot wait to make this. I made your "Cinnamon Bun Poke Cake" during the Holidays and everyone loved it. I used the end of my wooden spoon to poke holes, but in this recipe, you used the fork which made smaller holes. Was there a reason?

I didn't want large holes in this cake, but you can make them as large as you like.
