Bought a 94 325i bone stock for $450 about 8 months ago. Solid ass car. Don't know much about cars but I am growing to love this shitbox the more I read about it on forums. Turns out I have a spec3 racecar on my hands. 291k miles and auto trans, but I figure I could dump $10k-$15k into it and have a solid racecar. Something to at least get started with. No way im ifnding another spec3 car for that price that runs and drives.

I fear I'd drive into those cones that shunt you off one way or another. They should ban those things. I took a motorcycle safety class and people were driving into the wrong sections all the times due to cone confusion; even the instructor took a wrong turn a couple times; I'd hate to do that at high speeds. I didn't see any cones at LV Motor Speedway or Laguna Seca.
