I think each expansion hasnt been supporting enough rune types, so the rune system doesnt feel fun. I would rework or remove it myself.

I have a DK deck for every rune (color) combination, cause I like to have at least 1 deck for each class. And boy, there really isn't a single reason to play Blood with Frost. And I'm not even talking about dual rune cards, like there isn't any Blood card that makes sense to be played with a Frost card.

My only problem is...tentacles say "improves for each tentacle" or smthing. Doesnt say for each spell cast by tentacles, so it should cast the same cost 3 times when tripling, not a +1 mana spell each time.

I like your style. Myself I orefer BBU as a contril phreak but if you want to go hard on Plagues then BUU is superior. Tried Keychain and I too found it wanting. If it discovered 2 mana spells... but alas.
