1. What is the gaurenty that you can get 15%return from sip. It has mark risks. But home does not have risk. 2. Practically every 8 years the land rate doubles. So after 20 years the lard vaule is 4x or 6x. You will be shortage of 20l again after 20 years. If i stay in the same home i save rent which can be compensated a little for interest.
