Hi Kubeir, while I was updating my EE Profile with the new 5 digit NOC code, I reviewed everything again. For the question "have you applied to IRCC before", if I created an ee profile previously then withdrew it and submitted a new profile, should my answer to this question be yes? Or do previous reports profiles not count and is the answer yes only if you have applied for visit visa, pr or student visa?
