It's a bit pricey for what it is. $229k for 1400 square feet is just a bit too much for Danville!

@moukafaslouka4796 - they just lowered it to 219. that's $147/sf -- we are buying properties for that for investment... can't build for that - plus the lot, infrastructure, etc.

I know my stats - and I know where it should have been - and it was like 10% of all my other similar videos. I just figured start from scratch --- there is urgency with this one...
