Thanks for this kind comment. That's a really unique property, a rare find. It was really hot on that day, and It was really surprising how fresh the inside was, it's like a natural air con system. Ideal because it refreshes in the summer, and can't get too cold in the winter. The whole area itself is one of the most beautiful in the world ( and I've travelled a lot). Cyril - photographer

Désolé de vous contredire mais le prix est en adéquation avec le village et le caractère unique de ce bien, très atypique et superbe. Il est en excellent état, c’est une des rares maisons de la roque Gageac, à flan de falaise, à posséder un garage, une place de parking directement à côté de la maison, et une vue panoramique ininterrompue à 180 degrés. La terrasse comporte un magnifique jacuzzi, on a un nombre confortable de chambres et de salles de bains… ça se paye forcément. Si vous regardez notre portfolio on a des biens à tous les prix, de la grange à retaper en passant par des manoirs, châteaux, hôtels particuliers, chalets à 40 millions etc. La quasi totalité des plus beaux villages de France 🇫🇷 ont des biens dans ce genre et les prix seront similaires à chaque fois. Quant à notre clientèle, oui elle est à 50% étrangères et a 50% française. Une de nos dernières ventes dans un autre des plus beaux villages de France, est une maison similaire, vendue à une célèbre présentatrice TV française, à 1M€ et elle y passe 6 mois de l’année. Et les gîtes ou B&B et bien heureusement qu’il y en a, ça fait vivre les commerces. Bref, chaque bien est unique et correspond à un projet unique. À chacun de trouver celui qui lui va.

The lot immediately to the left of this one, looking from the river, had a house that was crushed by a rock fall in 1957. I'd still live there.

Thousands of tourists pass by here every day, and the area has been inhabited for at least 20,000 years. Honestly, spend an hour there, and you'll forget everything with such a view.
