Beware when purchasing white gold rope chains , i purchased a 4mm rope and it looked somewhat blackish / tarnished look , which I was expecting a nice rich white gold look. I took it to a jewelry shop near me and said that it looked like that because it needed to be dipped in some type of aolution to give it the white gold appearance, something in between those lines. Bummer , since I paid an expensive penny including taxes and shipping. Jacoje , if you read this , please make sure your White gold rope chains are dipped correctly in the proper solution.

@@mosthated8190it’s a rhodium solution, that’s what gives it the mirror finish, it also wears off eventually, and is very expensive to have done.

Not a Jacoje shopper but that doesn’t sound accurate. Solid white gold is what it is, the plating you’re referring to is a rhodium plating to make white gold whiter, jewelers at times will rhodium plate yellow gold pieces making them white.

My question is why are you saying buyer beware? What did he do to remedy this problem? He don’t make these chains. He gets them imported from Italy, just like SG, jaxon and ect.

There is a reason why, but if he has the volume, he just needs to get a banker. My guess is that he fears getting caught in a price drop, but if he sold at the volume he could, he could affordable hedge that in the long run. He will get there, but it will take time. I probably needs to hire someone with business experience.

I wonder why the inventory issue is never mentioned. Have you discontinued the heavy links or is it more of a financial issue? We were promised last year and no stock!! Now they just say sold out. Transparency with customers is the backbone of any business!! Lack of transparency will take its toll over time!!

@@L00MIlS I was checking daily. He never did get the stock in and to assume otherwise is wrong! He also kept saying via email that it was coming in a couple of months which never happened!! You haven't noticed that "heavy link" is never mentioned again??

I thought the same thing. Even saints gold restocks with new chains all the time. Saints gold isn't as reputable as Jacoje,but still has the same or more options. It's weird.

You need to sign up for notifications. My 5mm franco was out of stock, I signed up and it came onto the site, I bought one and was sold out within 24 hours. Truth is the inventory is moving fast and you gotta sign up for notifications to get yours. Hope this helps

My first shop with Jacoje was around 5ish years ago (before 100s of reviews) and it was a 5mm Cuban Link 22in 14k. It wasn’t cheap and I was a bit nervous. Hands down my favorite piece of jewelry Ive ever purchased. Been a customer since and usually buy a piece every year. Never had any issues, nvm a fake piece.

You guys need to sign up for notifications. My 5mm franco was out of stock, I signed up and it came onto the site, I bought one and was sold out within 24 hours. Truth is the inventory is moving fast and you gotta sign up for notifications to get yours. Hope this helps

I’ve checked consistently for the past two years and I have comments on older videos to prove it. It’s not about convenience as evidenced by purchases I’ve made in lieu of limited availability. I’m looking for 18k gold and unless you are a Jocoje employee, don’t tell me what is reach.

No you buy 18kt gold so you have a higher purity chain..more gold, more value, more weight. Lowest I'd do is 18. Atleast it's 75% gold. 14 is half gold half alloys, that's not a gold chain.

Don’t you have purity testing machine that you use before send out any piece to ensure it’s the correct purity? People need to stop lying on Jacoje talking about fake purity I’ve been buying from Jacoje I believe since 2020 and the pieces I’ve bought them and even the pieces I’ve bought now all In perfect condition and purity never robbed be even .4 of a gram of anything I got more Jacoje is definitely an upstanding business that has my trust the whole way

lol just looking at the chain you can tell it’s a higher purty of gold. A lot of that natural gold color will show in high purities

I'm not even going to lie I got a chain and the charm was so heavy it left black marks on my neck I thought it was fake, but it was real I got it from jacoje when i was about 19 I'm 26 now and wish I had kept the chain I'm going to get another but i trust this vendor they are well priced.

Buyers remorse got them, so they tried screwing you. I'd charge them for the un-needed purity test. I've always been happy with the quality of Jacoje. Braden has great customer service.

Just get a sigma or xrf tester and begone with these people. Given your sales volume I'd be extremely surprised if you don't have one of these machines.
