Here's a future video idea- buying land and doing a custom built home. Questions on starting with raw land: subdividing a lot. Green belt restrictions. Public water vs well. Other utilities. Permit lead time for building and for septic / perk tests What's the lead time looking for builders right now? How do you find out if the area has high speed internet (from out of state)? Love your videos.

If you are looking for acreage, you could see anything from 10k to 30k per acre depending on the town and location.

Can we talk about cistern water systems? What do y’all do for drinking and cooking water with these?

Most cistern water systems are in cabins. We rarely run across them. I’m sure you could Google cistern water systems for the in’s and outs!
