I hope the rental income in Arizona will be enough to live on. The rental prices in the area of your former Florida properties has skyrocketed. The hurricane fear is very over rated. I have lived my entire life of 56 years in Central Florida without any damage to my homes. I know you like it out in the desert so I'm glad everything is working out for you.
