If you know anything at all about a camper, towing one, leaky roofs and windows, camper flex and structures of trailers, you will know why he went the route of the steel framed cargo trailer for his build. Campers are far more expensive and are horrible in the long term. Camping trailers just don't hold up well in the long run. He has made the wisest choice.

Too many nomadics have tried RV's only to find that after a year or so they developed issues with the low quality builds and cabinets not holding up as well as plumbing issues especially when they stay in snow belt areas they have issues with freezing. Now those who build their own can insulate as well as place piping in safer locations when it comes to temperature issues.

I did a couple videos discussing why I went with the cargo trailer over dozens of other options. you'd have to go back to my shopping & buying process. but there are at least 5 or six strong reasons I went with a cargo trailer (like custom roof for solar, 8 foot ceilings where I'm six foot six, split AC option instead of roof mount AC, diesel heater, 4x value insulation, etc etc
