Another BRR project is underway! To be fair this house isn't in bad condition, it just needs bringing up to date. We bought this one for £55,000, we’re going to spend £22,500 on the refurb, and it’s going to value up in excess of 100K (somewhere between £105-110K). 🤑
I’ve had a lot of success in this area. I love it that much I’ve even bought a house down here to do a flip myself! The figures are always great, the values come in well, we’ve got some awesome build teams, and we always find it really easy to rent out and sell on.
