Wanted to throw you a quick kudos - your video quality - the actual look of your videos… absolutely beautiful. Not sure what camera and/or lighting package you changed to but good lord your quality went up by a million percent. editing, audio - the whole 9. Amazing job. Love the content and now the polish. Best of the bunch. I get how hard this is and how much time it takes. Thank you!

Aw shucks, thanks! I mean that sincerely, thanks! I recently upgraded my camera/lenses for the next horror movie I'm making, so might as well use them on the show too!

Thanks for the great tips. JDV's When are you going to do Part 3 of building your own VPIN? I loved it so far, but have not seen the conclusion to it.

Hey Hollywood, good to hear from you again! Hopefully soon... but my PC died about a month ago and it took some footage with it, which has delayed things. Hopefully next week!

Very enjoyable video. Living in Japan, I dont see myself getting a proper pinball machine as they are very rare, but definately going to persue the vpin route. Looking forward to the next tutorial and upcoming movie!

Hey, glad you liked it! So i have to ask - are there pinball games in the arcades in Japan? And I highly recommend getting a vpin rig going, even if it's a simple setup.
@bakatono666 Жыл бұрын
@@evilgeniusentertainment Unfortunately most of the arcades here have gone the way of crane and medal games. There are a few retro places if you look hard enough, but the arcade vibe that we know in the States never existed here. In the big cities you can find a few pin cabs in Americana style restaurants or bars, and sometimes a handful in throwback arcades, but without Pinmap you'd never find them. There is a huge pinball Mecca called the Silver Ball Planet, largest collection in Asia, and it rocks. But outside of a few very niche places, pinball just doesn't exist here.

The prices on machines has skyrocketed in the last few years. Wish I had taken the plunge years ago.

Me to Joey, me too! I do think the market has leveled off, but it really hasn't cooled yet. Heck, even toppers are going for a grand now. That's why I really do try to research the heck out of whatever game I'm looking at....

Only 4? The way the pricing is going, you might need to sell a kidney too!
