You will not see white sand beaches here, restaurant reviews, beach parties, selfies or Japanese knives. What you will find is factual information based on decades of sailing experience.
My channel is specifically meant for one thing and one thing only, to help YOU find your new to you fancy-dancy yacht of your dreams and get on the water in the fastest, most time efficient manner.
Don’t get caught up in looking at old boats! I focus on mostly newer vessels, built in 2000 or later because I want you to spend as much of your time as possible sailing, not practicing your restoration skills on an old boat attempting to bring it to its former glory.
You want to take advantage of the amazing newer technology and modern hull designs when it comes to sailing. This is going to make your vessel far easier to sail solol or short handed and make them far more comfortable and efficient to live aboard full time or even just weekenders without buying more boat than you need.
I offer a wide variety of services including consulting where I will take you through the entire process of how to budget properly, choosing what vessel size will work for your needs, what type of vessel, I will help you shop for vessels, determine offer prices, schedule surveys, talk with brokers, teach you how to do your own pre-survey, walk you through hiring the correct surveyor and help you avoid all of the common pitfalls that you will find when purchasing used sailing vessels.
The consulting does not stop there, I will be with you every step of the way and long after you have purchased your vessel as consulting also comes with lifetime access to the members area,.

Not even a doubt it will, Japan causing all kinds of problems with their economy. Hunker down and save money. You can still get CD's at 5% for a shot time. Rates are already going down, the economy is turning over right now. In Sept rates will drop between a quarter and a half and we will have more cuts because the economy is turning to $hit.Good news, fuel will be going down unless wars in the M East get worse.

Real estate is already turning over, inventories up 80% in many area's in Florida, this will last for years no matter who is in office. Stock market getting ready to turn over, if interest rates go down that means we have many problems in the economy. Job losses continue to add up, Intel alone laying off 15k, there will be hundred of thousands in the near future. Auto repos up 14%. CC debt at all time highs. I'd be willing to bet, most big dollar used items will be coming down over the next few years. We will be in a recession within 6 to 18 months, boat prices will continue to drop for quite a while. All just my opinion. Nice to see you back.

I concur...I've seen boats last spring listed for 45k now priced at 20k at the end of summer. Nobody is buying them

@@clintontaylor8904 We haven't even started losing jobs like we did in 08. This is possibly much worse with having 35 trillion in debt instead of 10 in 08. It gives the Fed much less power. We add 1 trillion ever 100 days to our debt. Interest on the debt is around 1.5 trillion, we're screwed this time.

Soon as you start asking dates on sails,batteries,rigging etc the seller gets offended and stops messaging. They are stupid lazy people and makes it really easy to weed out boats in poor conditions owned by idiots...most boat sellers are idiots,including brokers
