Good choice. A used pop-up was our first introduction to rv camping. And we loved it. The great experience it provided did cause us to upgrade in about a year. But even now, years later we still have very fond memories of “clipper” our wonderful Jayco pop-up. Enjoy the memories!

One of the biggest things see on most of the RV related Facebook groups is not knowing how something works or how to make it work and when asked they either bought it online and had it delivered or just did not do any PDI or walkthrough. A lot of questions can and should be asked at or before the time of purchase. One other thing is not understanding how an absorption refrigerator works. But I reference your channel and Hillbilly rv For the best for repair and understanding RV related systems. Keep up the good work.

As an inspector I also offer more of a walkthrough basic inspection which is just hourly. I’ve had a lot of clients like this style because they just wanted a basic bones inspection. So it isn’t the certified inspection because it doesn’t qualify but I can go look at it for them and just charge a lower price point.

Great Video......... definitely a begin with the end in mind approach is the way to go.....and with a holistic approach...... along with not only the RV cost but do you have the right vehicle to tow it......food for thought....but as usual very valuable information

Great informative videos. I just watched your video on refrigerator performance. My Norcold 3150 stopped cooling on our last trip. It doesn’t cool on AC, DC or gas. I’m still diagnosing. Nothing on the back gets warm when turned on.

It was a week of 100*+ temps outside. I’m not noticing any yellowish powder in the lower vent area.

I have owned different brands of RV’s I’m from VA. and I know in OR. Northwood Arctic Fox is made. Unfortunately on the east coast they are really hard to find. I’m wanting to purchase a used one. I concern is the roof. How long should a roof last if it has been taken care of? Thanks for all your content. It’s very helpful
