@@markfergerson2145 There's still a chance someone worked with these and pops out. I'm pretty sure it's the selector because it only reacted/behaved when he touched it AND big clue, it didn't use to work back in the day. My money is on the previous owners playing with that thing, got it to work, then it goofed out and here we are. Hopefully it's nothing expensive, that'd suck.

The overpressure bypass valve back to tank might also be going or need adjusting. That would account for the behavior as well. Either way, it's time to open it up and pray to the Machine God.

2 things we always remember. Will snapping the Sword Breaker and Will dropping his power hammer. Both times I was surprised he didn't start bawling. You could tell he wanted to.

Barker St. was a great shop, leaking roof and doors falling off. I remember watching you do the live demo on an evening. One when your pants ripped open just before going live. Duct tape came in so handy. 🤣🤣 great to see you getting some old kit back 2x👍

You might want to start researching the hydraulic diagram for that unit and plan on fixing the bad valve. Its acting up and its just a matter of time before it fails out and the unit is down.

Pickup filter for the hydraulic system could be clogged causing the pump to be starved for hydraulic fluid. Had the same issue with a 25 ton hydraulic clicker press causing it to act erratic.
