You didn’t mention about condo fees, taxes , special assessments which can be a big hit in monthly EMI when buying condos. And last but not the least community rules can be real pain for new buyers.

Yes they gave us a free condo... Let us know if you need one. The problem is if anything good is shared with ppl they straight forward assume that it's compensated or sponsored. Go and check the area and builder. They have sold out properties on day one. So they don't need any one to promote their condos.
