Got here watching some of your comedy skits, which are great, keep it up! I heard you mentioned Soy milk in your shopping, soy is poison (milk, oil, etc) especially for ladies (messes up your hormones). Obviously you are lactose (from dairy milk) intolerant. You could take nut milks instead of soy (almond recommended).
