Nate, I am so happy and so proud of you. I too grew up in poverty with a single mom. We also lived in the projects, I moved out at 16 and started working until I was old enough to join the military which changed my life entirely. Buying a house is just the next step for some, but for us it’s a major milestone. We climbed out of that life on our own, and you should be very proud. It’s okay to be emotional. lol Okay I bought my house for 367500 and sold it two years later for 440 It was not special It was a condo Buying a house is the best financial decision because unlike Whatever gold eagle you speak of You get to live in it while it makes you money. Not saying you are wrong in the fact that gold can make you money but there is no way you are making 75 grand in two years by buying gold And if you are The secret would be out and everyone would be doing it Plus gold is typically a prepper strategy because they believe tomorrow the entire economy is going to completely break down (beyond a regression) and the world is going to explode But the economy always comes back so all you have to do is not sell your house during that period of time. But hey If gold eagles are making you rich Good for you man.

She has been following you since the Bud Light live streams from various table sides way back in the day and we had the pleasure of meeting you once at MK.
