Hey Sierra! This is a weird thing to ask, but do you fit into the clothes on your rack? I know you said you only have them there for colour but do you ever wear them? This comment wasn't meant to be offensive in any way, so I'm really sorry if that's how it came across. I'm asking because I would LOVE to see you in that light blue dress . . . I've always thought you looked so nice in blue and especially that shade . . . *Chefs kiss*! I would LOVE for you to take a photo in it if you can! Love your content, you have inspired me so much.

Yes me too because I’m a person coming from the experience of being told their natural hair was ugly. I have naturally curly hair and I’ve always accepted it, but when I was younger I had no idea how to style it or take care of it. It wasn’t until I had a fantastic black hairstylist to teach me how to embrace and let my curls do what they wanted that my hair reached its full potential. I will always credit her for my hair being as great as it is. and it’s so great that Sierra is acknowledging this now ❤️

This was nicely done! There were a couple companies I was unfamiliar with so great finds! Also I'm glad that others have noted that Shea Moisture, though black founded is no longer black owned. Now my favs that I think you would enjoy: - Cream & Coco for all natural soaps and feminine hygiene products - Camille Rose Naturals (one of several of my natural hair companies) - I think you would like the Fresh Curl and the Coconut Water style setter products - Christian Ray Candle Co. - I love her candles! Hers are eco-friendly and soy based! - Rue107 - size inclusive and super cute clothing and bathing suits. You will love the color and patterns - Lastly artwork and prints: So I have and follow so many artists but these 2 stand out. First we have Nae (@n43nae) and she does custom chibi prints for her customers (not sure if you or Steven are into anime but checkout her page!). I think you would like Carol's Daughter hair products. I'm a wavy girl and I've been using their stuff along with shea moisture for about 2 years. I react to some ingredients but don't react to any CD product I've found. They're great and Black owned.

Carol’s Daughter is no longer black owned and isn’t as widely supported by the natural hair community. They did PR stunts similar to Shea Moisture in watering down products and not showcasing black women, which took away from the natural hair movement.

This is the perfect example of how a small gesture can have a huge impact.

Ive been loving this trend you started especially since other KZbinrs have also started to pick it up! Would love to see you do one with any of the following: international followers (as a Canadian id love to see small businesses i could support as not all the previous ship internationally), your followers bipoc or any other minority group! Love that this video showed the first male owned small business as well!

This is an amazing haul! It was a great call out about the time it takes to arrive. one more thing that a few black owned businesses have mentioned is that they are getting a ton of purchases right now which many of them aren't set up to handle so it's so important that we remember why we are supporting the businesses and not push for delivery. Something that the food heaven podcast mentioned, which this is something you def did, is that it's also important to think of things that you can continue to purchase from black owned businesses like shampoo or candles, otherwise they will see this big surge in purchases then a possible drop off but that might set them up to actually be in a worse situation because they hired help to deal with the influx of purchases when they happened. Just some things we should all keep in mind! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you Sierra so much for doing this video. I'm only 12 but it means so much that you really care about black owned businesses.😊💜💖
