My wife and I have been in Aruba 3 times. Love it there. We have also been investigating real estate there but the bottom line for us is we will have to be content just visiting when we're able to afford it. The prices have gotten too steep for our liking.

I just got back from Aruba, it was spectacular. True US citizens can stay there 6 months a year, but I was told buy our UTV guide we cannot stay more than 3 months at a time if you own property there. So you’d have to make 2 trips down there per year.

You can get an extension to stay the full 6 months at one time if you wanted to, or you can apply for residency and stay the full year!

Hi, i suppose all condo's are built on goverment land right? You can use the condo for 60 years or how does it work? Or does it only apply to houses?

Hello! It basically does not affect anything being on government land, you just pay a small tax every year to use it. But it’s unlikely you would ever loose your land and there is no time limit. More land is government land or ‘leased land’ than owned or ‘property land’ in Aruba. Carlos, the realtor in the video can better explain if you reach out to him.

4 minutes in and you finally started answering questions. Aruba has an MLS. I view it frequently.
