Not sure what I like more, the fact that you are fearless when it comes to these used machines or the fact that you problem solve like Macgyver. I have never seen anyone duct tape an excavator before but I loved it. Hope the new machines work well for you. Considering what you gave for them, I do not see how you can go wrong. Thanks for the video.

@@DavidGrassSr Yeah, it's the make and mend attitude I like too. I'm a bit of a high quality bodger myself and relate to the way he does things. The true measure of a video channel is possibly when the viewer, whose life bears little or no relationship to the content they are viewing, find themselves watching forty minutes and more a day of video on a subject as niche as making quick release bucket attachments, delivered by one man and his dog. Absolute quality Andrew. Thank you, and looking forward to what's to come.

He's going to PT-operators. I see it coming. The AC-brand in two places at once when he'll otherwise lose the job. These machines "function like a new bird" so no sense in paying NEW for the metal. If something breaks down? He'll fix it at industry-level costs..not prices. A great success formula he has here. Those machines just sitting there are going to start talking to him..."Feed Me, AC! Feed Me!" They really are money machines especially if you have a brand to exploit. His KZbin Reputation sure doesn't hurt either. He needs also to start buy beat up, raw land requiring a lot of cut and fill on it for his own account. Afterwards, drop modular homes on them and rent them out. Passive Income is key for him. I expect to see vids on this pretty soon. He will get a good price on badly sloped land etc. and his machine time will get arbitraged into nice retail residential values. His machines are more than just hourly-clerks this way.

Keep your eyes open for buckets on Craigslist for the kubota. I see them all the time with the kubota designed quick attach in my area. Nice find on that kubota too. Great machine. I own one like it a few years newer but I’ve never had any problems with mine so far and love it. Great speed to size and also power to size machine. Yanmar is also great machine. But the kubota will serve you well well worth even rebuilding motor and a new pump if ever needed. Still way ahead. The best thing you would like to have for that kubota is a 3’ smooth edge bucket. I use it most and enjoy having it around. I don’t dig with it but loading and grading it is well worth having. Thanks for the videos Andrew.

Love the use of music during the sped-up sequences. Makes it much nicer. I have never owned a breaker, although I know what it is like to jackhammer rock with a hand-held jackhammer. It wears you out, and is slower than those excavator-mounted breakers. I have only previously watched giant excavators with giant breakers working on hard bedrock. All rock is different, so I know that I cannot translate this performance to my rock, but I get a rough idea. This is helpful.

Hey Andrew. Nice machines for your growing fleet. I found it interesting when you attempted to split that pine stump. I thought to myself " what if he welded up one of those 4-way splitters like on his log-splitter and fixed it to that old chisel point?" That might work and save you some time stumping in your pile. Great vids!

At first I thought you were saying, "Screw the pins, I'll just Gorilla Tape the freaking thing on." Then I realized the tape was to hold the pins in place. XD

This is the first of your videos I’ve seen and I really enjoyed it. I’m sure you know this but just in case, make sure you grease the hammer point really really well every time you use it. Hold the point in towards the body and grease until it purges (otherwise it will push the point out with grease and then when you activate the hammer it will blast grease everywhere). You have a new subscriber. Thanks for the upload

Geez Andrew you need a couple operators to help run all that equipment. You're almost to the point where you start worrying forgetting a machine on a job

I admire your all round skill with every sort of machinery. If I had money I would redily finance your Ideas. suggestion-- fasten a wedge on your hammer, and split a lot of wood with that excavator.

We just Demo'd a Cat mini-excavator at my work and it was awesome. Fully enclosed cab, but the front window flips up and locks against the roof giving you an open cab if you want. I have no where near the experience that you, or others, do but it was really user friendly for me. Not sure if we will get it, but I can see why you like the mini's.

By advertising the other channel like this, you increase traffic to that channel and boost both its position in search rankings and the lost revenue by Andrew. Instead, report the channel, let Andrew know so that he may file a copyright infringement himself, and post a comment on the fake channel's videos to point users to the correct place.

ANDREW, After watching you with machines you should sell one of the mini backhoes and buy a good lathe and mill. You can make those pins from round bar stock. The bar stock would cost less than $25.00. Buying pins cost about $100.00 each. The lathe would pay for itself in 20 years with just your pins. When you start learning how to use the lathe will pay for itself in just a few years. Those other guys need them. You could sell them to them, too. All those parts you need could be made with a lathe and a mill. I am sure you would be able to learn how to run them because you are so clever with machines. You were asking about selling hay. You would make a lot more with the lathe and use it for your self. Also, tree stumps you are burning have a special piece of wood called knees in them. In a good oak stump before it rots cut the stump up to get the “knee.” Put it up to dry and cure! They were used a lot in building boats and for building fancy mantels over fire places. They were used in mantels to attach to the wall then place the mantel on the top. They secured the deck to the side in boats. There is only one man selling them! They will never be used again like they were. They would be useful for repair and specialty sail boats. They are quite expensive! E-mail me at pharmacyman@att.net if you got questions. I got another idea about a business you may be interested. E-mail me and say hi!
