Not a big issue. There is a huge difference between rgb bulb and normal white light. Watts rating is overall power consumption, not to be assumed for each LED inside the bulb. When all three LEDs of RGB colors are at full intensity, only then white light can be produced. So, technically other colors are produced only by variably reducing the intensity of individual LEDs of RGB colors.

Bro u r wrong from my point of view.. 1, testing need to be done in calibrated meter and testing environment 2, voltage can't be consider 230V, it will vary every sec (200-250V) based on ur location 3, comparing normal led cool day white Philips bulb vs Wipro RGB LED bulb is wrong.. 4,in ur case, u itself open the bulb able to see white,red ,green, and blue led. If all the led are ON at same time,it may come near 9W.. 5, lumens value will not same for all colour.. it will vary.. it is fact and basic.. white bulb itself having 3different lumens value in market cool day/ warm / crystal white 6, don't say uruttu without proper understanding and knowing basic fact.. In one line.. AMOUNT YOU PAY, THE VALUE YOU GET.. See the innovation in that bulb by controlling it in mobile app without wifi.. at that price..

What you are measuring is Apparent power (VA), but what the manufacturer mentions is Real Power (W). Understand the difference between two. Moreover the manufacturer guarantees only the max wattage, not the ideal one. Practically this is not possible. One more thing, how you can assume 230V without measuring? Second blunder is you didn’t understand the difference between lux & lumens. Better learn the difference first. After all these I’m not guaranteeing Wipro for quality, they can be cheating the market, but we have to be right in our sense
