anyone, anyone. please tell me top water buzz bait, in some forms, can be a variable depth lure. everything you said about technique is exactly what i've been doing, but it takes about half my cast to get it back on top of the water. i think mine must be junk. I also think their resemblence to a spinner bait could be attractive to fish. any opinions?

LMAO. How have I missed all of these?! I have caught one, ONE LMB on a spinner bait. Weighed maybe all of 1.5lbs and was last year sometime. Red spinnerbait going super slow, probably dragging on the bottom in maybe 2 feet of water.
