It took me 10 days to quit the 50mg stuff. I was puffing about every 15 minutes. Quitting was a MF, I tried cold turkey but no dice. I gave up for a week but then decided to try weaning off of it. I was surprised that I was able to cut my intake by over 90% in the first 3 days but it took me another week to completely quit. I just started spacing out my puffs more and more and waiting longer everyday to get my first puffs. Today is my first 24 hour period with no nicotine in a year but my cravings are more or less completely gone. The worst part for me has been feeling like I'm drunk because of the withdrawals. At any rate, 10 days in and I beat it. Never thought I could do it but I got my tolerance down to the point that my vape was making me sick from one puff. Super glad to be in control again. I've done just about every drug known to man, including cocaine and pharma grade meth, but vape was the one that sucked me in. You CAN quit. Just keep weaning down more every day. You got this

The easiest quitting method is this: Cigarettes - 50 Nic Juul Once ur off cigs and on the juul, use the juul for a month, then lower ur nic rate, go from 50 nic to 40 or 35 nic, then keep lowering ur nic rate until ur unhooked. I did this and I now vape 3 nic with a simple pen

faithy :/ it’s not that hard, your body builds a tolerance over time. I used to be the same, but after 6 months to a year I’m up to 1-2 pods a day. It’s time consuming and money consuming. I’d suggest you quit now before it gets worse.

It’s really all just about willpower. I quit nicotine after consistently vaping for almost two years. It wasn’t easy but it was entirely possible and actually made me kinda sad that my parents would always use the addictive aspect of it to excuse their hesitance to quit smoking. Like yeah it’s addictive and yeah it’s not gonna be a cake walk but if you want it bad enough it’s 100% achievable. I literally just woke up one day and decided I didn’t wanna do it anymore and I haven’t used nicotine of any kind since then and I didn’t use any sort of habit replacer to help with the process. I simply just quit. Just know that your brain and your free will are two things that even nicotine will never have complete control over unless you surrender that control willingly.

Actually i had worst when I quit smoking Day1:was lazy headache Day2-6:all my days was thinking about it couldn’t get my mind out of the demand and i eat to much also my sleeping was disaster Day8: started feeling way way better and my sleep start getting better and I didn’t even thought about it Day9: completely normal back to my life I stopped in jun/03/2019
