Same. It takes way longer than a month to dramatically change your physique because muscle building takes a lot of time. If anything, they built a foundation in strength and a solid gym routine. I would be more interested in seeing what would happen if they continued this for 12 weeks or more.

I love all the "30 day videos" Buzzfeed does, but I wish you could do them as a series. For instance, follow a plan for 6 months and release videos month by month so we could see how you adapt to plans long-term, and you still have cool content to release. We could see the highs and lows, see if it's something sustainable, and have a better appreciation for what the inspiration does.
