im so glad I wasnt the only person who thought that these kids were a little disrespectful. Also the way they immediately were disappointed when they heard a couple adults like to read frustrated me a lot. I love to read, and I have so many valid facts and points abt how I love to read the books, the characters, mystery, thriller, suspense, illicit romance, plot and all these things and beautiful cover designs with valuable themes. Reading improved my sleeping and creativity, aswell as my vocabulary and prevents me from spending 5-9 on my phone. When I read books, its so immserive and gets my creative mind going because I love to write books aswell. Im literally an author! And being able to write your own story is so wonderful. Its ok to not like ones hobby, but no need to disrespect them for that. The way they immediately disrespected that with no hesitation shocked me and when Lizzie agreed I was like what the heck you shouldnt put urself down just bc someone doesnt agree with u. Imagine if someone agreed to their rude comments bc of peer pressure or feeling like they HAD to agree in order to be cool. As someone who used to work with teens, they can be brutal. I don’t think I could handle this. 😂😂

i went to middle school with the girl on the left with glasses and she was the literal textbook definition of "not cool." I'm usually not one to judge others or whatever and i wasn't seen as "cool" myself but she cannot be deciding how cool others are. she was known as one of the weird kids and tried so hard to be cool and "popular" lol

*All he does is spend more time on KZbin, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and toxic warzone land overpopulated with people who are always angry (Twitter) than with people in the real world close to him and never shuts up about famous people on the internet. He also has a skateboard (which he doesn't know how to use) and wears Bass Pro and Camouflage hats (Even though he rarely goes outside).*

I hate when people say “all kids are innocent “ . Like kids are sometimes so evil and just pure bullies.

Oh my god this was so cringy for me to watch. 😵💫 just to put my mind back to where it was as a middle schooler is terrifying. They think it’s “not cool” to read books! Then you get older and realize it is actually really cool to read, be educated and take time for yourself! Ahhh, the things we think as children. As horribly wrong as they usually are, at least they have less problems and stress and for that I am jealous lol 😂

I mean it made me sad that the girl started crying but it's clear middle schoolers have different priorities in life than adults! They would judge almost every normal functioning human being not cool! It's based on things most adults don't make a priority of. Don't hate them :(

i hope when they grow up the realisation of how cool it is just to stay at home, read and eat is gonna hit them hard

I'm just wondering why the hell do grown ass adults care so much about what middle schoolers think of them? That's sad. As a 15 year old I simply don't give a crap whether a middle school thinks I'm cool or not.
