I think she got the spirit of Italian food right with just simplicity, good flavors, and good ingredients. The other two were just being way too extra. He was super nice to their dishes, but you can tell he actually liked the last.

I would go further than saying she got thew spirit of italian food. I live in Italy and stuffed bell peppers is a pretty standard dish. The filling itself seems to be a bit freeform. The other two were extra though. I didn't like how the first girl said she made a "healthy" pasta. Real pasta dishes are already healthy.

@@mcchilde2903 Yeah, chickpeas vs wheat starch, not even the whole grain. I literally eat chickpea pasta exclusively for health reasons. I'm not gonna say wheat starch is unhealthy if you don't have any problem with gluten but it can't compare to whole chickpeas for nutrition. Also, how is a plate of pasta with pesto on it "too extra?"

I love that all the ladies did not try to impress with overly complicated or fancy cooking but rather something they would cook for themselves and represent their personality. Kiohana is the sort of person I want to surround myself with. Positive, full of energy, best hype woman, confident, funny and just so happy. As someone that struggles with depression, people like that transfer their aura in people like me and can definitely transform someone. He may be kind and handsome but he'd be lucky to have her in his life. Plus, he looks like an introvert.
