Why does the coolant tank only hit when turning and not if the bars turn when you fall ?

it is clearanced out and does not hit as we spaced it (seen in video) - but at full turn / lock it will just barely come close to the cap. we spaced it as far as possible. the next solution is a coolant bottle relocate or delete but have not had any issues.
