"And", not "so" - because of this barely visible difference, people misunderstood the true meaning of the sentence. However, I don't doubt Miko. Scaramouche (real name: Kunikuzushi Raiden), being the "clone" of Electro Archon Ei Raiden, he has some of her powers, with most of them being sealed within. Dottore modified the puppet to make him loyal to the Tsaritsa and Fatui, and probably was given a Delusion (however we don't know which one - definetly not Electro as it is his primary element)

This quest made me cry a little bit tbh, my older brother is like this. He would let me hang out with him and his friends and they would do the most stupid shit to make me laugh. Even when I see my brother now I get excited and honestly a tad salty if we don't actually get to hang out. This quest is what made me like childe bc damn that's a realistic sibling relationship.
