I worked with Gary at Martin Van Buren H.S. I "outed" him as a Setzer, and he was very cool about it. I wish every teacher could be as cool as Gary. You truly rock!

Hey, Toby! I saw Gary years ago when he first taught science at Van Buren HS in Queens. His name and hairdo screamed "Setzer" and I asked him if he was related. He was really defensive at first, but when I said that I saw the Stray Cats in Valley Stream, he sensed a fan and opened up a bit. I don't want to go into too much in a public forum, but I can honestly say that no other science teacher rocks like Gary!
