When "Let's Get Ready to Rhumble" was first released in 1994, it only got to number 9 in the UK charts. After they came out with this surprise performance almost 20 years later, it immediately went to number 1! Best of all, Ant and Dec donated all the money the song made to charity.

The Big Reunion was a pretty intteresting documentary programme you might wanna check out. They get together a bunch of pop groups that have split up and they have to resolve personal issues and rehearse back to standard before giving a huge comeback show at the Apollo in Hammersmith, London. They explain the story of each band at the beginning, so it's OK if you don't know them.

Haven't watched anything Ant and Dec do for years to be honest. probably since I was a kid to be honest. They used to be in a kids TV show called Byker Grove, they were called PJ and Duncan. Used to watch it all the time when I got home from school. They done well for themselves to be honest.

Ahh, Terry Wogan. He came from the same street in Limerick, Republic of Ireland, that my Mum was from. She loved him, and I remember having to sit through his chat show for years, growing up hehehe

That was a brilliant clip Kid, great version of their song, the other bands were an added bonus, there was some great tunes in the 90's. Ant and Dec were definitely born to entertain, they're so natural in everything they're in, and naturally funny as well, they kind of remind me of Rhett and Link from Good Mythical Morning on youtube, they've also been friends since a young age, and went on to be successful in the entertainment business, because of their natural styles and sense of humours, and just the way they bounce off each other. .....that skirt DID look like a see through umbrella! 😆 Thanks Kid, you are always appreciated. 🤗💛

Ant and Dec met in 1989 when they were just 13 years old on the set of children's drama Byker Grove. their characters were PJ and Duncan. they began their musical career in 1993...they released an album in 1994 which featured "Let’s Get Ready To Rhumble." As Ant & Dec’s weekend variety and quiz show "Saturday Night Takeaway" welcomed stars from "The Big Reunion", such as Atomic Kitten, Liberty X and Five, the boys brought PJ & Duncan back out of retirement for one night only to perform one of their most-loved hits, "Let’s Get Ready To Rhumble." 19 years after its original release, "Let’s Get Ready To Rhumble" at last took the Number 1 spot on the Official Singles Chart...( i think they were more surprised then anyone)...lol they have been winning awards every year since they went into tv presenting later in 1994. Britains most successful TV presenters.
