This is a full workout I did with my guy Ernee when I was down under in Australia earlier this month! One of the biggest things Ernee wanted to attack in our training was his unpredictability, especially out of his hang dribble set up. Check out how we sharpened it up for him!

Full workout: - hang > explode while ball is on the way up (before it hits your hand) - hang > explode while ball is on the way down (almost as it's falling out of your hand) - same as above but add a front foot tap before exploding - mix up hang > explode while ball is on the way up/on the way down - same as above but rotate as you hang - hang > explode > dribble move > mid-range pull up - hang > explode > make contact with defender > mid-range pull up - follow the leader/freestyle - start from stand still > explode past defender as fast as possible with minimal load up - same as above but start in a split position - follow the leader/freestyle - hang dribbles until partner says "go" > shoot immediately without another dribble

It's simple... Explode once you raise the ball to your waist💯... KD the best at doin this. Once I did that I had options even for the pull up. Very unpredictable, have space for this move tho

Hey Coach i had 23 points 15 assists 10 boards 3 blocks my best game so far but i had 4 fouls so i was a bit limited on the defensive end it’s legit you can see it on Flbb…but just the points 💀the rest of the stats is on video tape and then i counts all the blocks, turnovers, steals etc

@@big_ragatheoppstopa thanks for you tip but i figured it out. If anyone's interested, instead of floating from in front of the defence and moving out of frame, I was floating from outside to in front of it

If you're following someone else's technique and your being taught by one of these coaches you're being scammed. Learn your own technique and learn to handle the ball well.
