Handling the basketball is one of the skills in basketball that require extremely minimal resources, and as a hooper, you have no excuse not to work on your ball control and creativity every day. This workout will take you 25 minutes max, and will cover a ton of the essential qualities of controlling the basketball, as well as building rhythm and creativity with your speed changes. Wow my handles got better after doing this one and ep.2 just for 1 time... They are smooth now i was just thinking how to do smooth combo dribbles and finally it's done just have to do this again and again... I'm just imagining what will happen after 1 month of repetitions. Absolutely love this mini series I think you should have another channel where you show us your skills on the court like in pickups. Also performance reviews on shoes and or clothing could get you more exposure for your main channel bringing in the money. I grew up playing post throughout high school and never really had workouts to better my ball handling. I'm a senior in college already but I just love the game. Thanks for posting these videos. P.s the workout kicked my ass haha but that's what we want!

I have some lawn chairs out in my backyard. I did dribble moves then threw passes off the dribble to the chairs. Chances are it will help you keep your head up while you practice your dribble moves and if it it hits the target it might rebound back to you. If you miss then add obstacles or sprints to get the ball to add cardio. Hell, put a speed ladder between you and the chairs and you have a circuit. Just ideas, I was a trainer 8 years ago.

I suggest something I've been doing for 2 months now and it actually increased my vertical by working everyday. It's 4 reps x 20 squats, 4 reps x 20 lunges, 4 reps x 20 calf lifts, and 4 reps x 20 split squats. This will take around 24 minutes.

Hey man, on the two high moves and two low moves(freestyle) you do a little rhythm skip. How do I go about learning that and doing it smoothly? I see players do it all the time and I can do it for example when I’m covering more space like when KD goes into his rhythm skip and does a cross or pulls up, but when it’s small ones like this I can’t control it and it doesn’t feel easy like you do it.

Do you think the wrap is a worthwhile move to work on? Ive always had coaches tell me its too high a turnover move that you cant take back and going under the butt gave you more control
