Thank you for this Baguio series, Marshall. *The first time my Filipino dad brought my Arab mom and me to Baguio, we fell in love with the place.* Every time we go to PHL, we always need to spend some time in Baguio. But because of the pandemic,. we have not been there for more than 2 years. We were watching this imagining we were back there. My dad's favorite though is your gun range episode. Thanks again for this. 👍

I think you might be my favorite vlogger, unlike others that are Philippines' vloggers, you I feel like I get to hear the locals talk alot more in your vlogs than others Philippines' vloggers, I just love hearing Filipino people talk, so much that I listen to Filipino streams virtually all day.

Love your videos... and especially the Baguio adventures. Made my first trip to Baguio in 1990 and stayed at Camp John Hay, when it was run by the U.S. Air Force and the Philippine military. Was great then... and was very enjoyable in 2011 when my Filipina wife and I went up there for a few days. And yes, three or four days is not nearly enough to take in the sights and truly enjoy this place. Hope you return there and see more of the place. So refreshing... and the people and food are so wonderful, too! Wife and I envy you, watching as we are from the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Oh my gulay!😍

I accidentally came across to your blog and I was amazed how uncrowded Baguio now since the pandemic. I'm missing a lot my city where I was born and raised. We're planning to go home this year and only waiting for Philippine government to lessen the protocols to follow for foreign balikbayans.

Baguio City began as a military garrison for the Spanish in the 1840s. By 1898, the Americans occupied the country and William Howard Taft wanted Baguio City to become the summer capital of the country. Meanwhile also there were already other European missionaries who went in Baguio in the early 1900s and started to build schools, churches, and houses. The Americans mostly changed the entire landscape of Baguio in the 1900s and the scenery back then was like the Old West. All the streets, parks, and buildings in Baguio City were named from all the Americans who designed and engineered the city in the 1900s.

came across one of your vlogs few days ago, and it really got me interested that i was convinced to watch the rest. By far you are the most honest tourist vlogger ive seen visiting the PH. I like the fact that the post process is very minimal which i really appreciate because it shows your honest opinions. no fake reactions, no sugarcoats. Very authentic comments on every experience. As an audience and a local person it is the most important thing i would like to hear from a tourist's point of view. Love your blogs. Keep it up mate and enjoy your stay here in the PH.
