I’ve watched LFR for years, only started watching the podcast during the first lockdown. I don’t know how I’d have got through the lockdown without it, not to mention how much more aware I am of what’s going on around the NHL and hockey world in general. I live in Scotland so hockey news is scarce at best.

I honestly never got how that particular list got Jesse and Adam so worked up. So many writers over the years have made "top x hockey players" lists without any kind of criteria and no one bats an eye. Still a funny segment though.

I would say that's a bit far as that's how offensive / defensive defenceman works. That being said they were completely right. Who would you rather have today? William Nylander at 6.9m AAV or Dougie Hamilton for 9m AAV? Nylander is signed until 23-24 Hamilton until 27-28 when he will be like 35 or so?
