Nutrition is fundamental; probably more important than working out. Most people have little to no idea about what types of food and the nutritional content ( lack thereof) that makes up their daily food intakes. You are being slowly poisoned across all spectrums of life. Learn how to cook, fast, study your food and add training and you indeed will begin so see great improvement in your overall physique and mind. Secondly, the same discipline that you apply on your body will most likely easily transition into your work and careers. Life is really a big circle. Once you get onto the road, everything starts rolling with ease. The key is the consistency, the discipline and the willingness to resist to temptation.

That’s probably because most of the top bodybuilder competition bodies do look nasty, once you reach that level of muscle building it just starts to look freakish and unnatural ( mostly because they are on lots of steroids), but most women still are attracted to a muscular athletic physique.

Staying fit is key. I've been working out pretty consistently since high school. I bought a Powertec home gym over 10 years ago, which allows me to lift Olympic size weights at home in a safe manner. That plus some other equipment and it's possible to get a good workout, even at home. It's one of the best investments you can make, if you have the discipline to make it a habit. Great to hear you focusing on this topic. Even though I'm for the most part at my fitness goal, I could get a lil bit leaner, which requires a greater focus not just on exercise but on what you eat. That might be a good topic to cover on another stream.

No such thing as not enough time. I worked 60hrs a week and when 24 fitness was open I was there. I even feel asleep in the yoga room after a mean workout.

38:26 Big salute to real game and I have been seeing a lot of mental building conversation on your channel. In fact I am self evaluating what I am doing because I whole heatedly believe in growth from challenging the mind.

Hard to imagine a guy this about his fitness could have a "heart attack". Some things he mentioned. Gaining about 40lbs of body weight, but then remaining the same weight for a long time, being on TRT, not being able to run, prefering to bike heavily and being a former spin instructor. Also 32:54 the man is a RedBull receptacle. Every video. Can't imagine he did steroids. Such a bizarre thing to happen. He's such a source for knowledge, there's not much you can point at and say, it's so heartbreaking really. Rest in peace in good sir. You will be genuinely missed.

If true, cocaine don't care about how healthy you are. I'm not judging, just saying.

hmmm, heart disease can be from many different things, genetics being one of them and you don't have much control over that...also, think of all the world class athletes that suffered heart attacks young, FloJo Len Bias(cocaine I know) Hank Gathers n more...it doesn't at all mean you weren't living right if you die young of coronary failure; very sad though

I appreciate this video in its whole entirety because I have trouble with consistency in the gym, and your right I wasn't pushing through the stress no matter what as men we were built to surpass our limits and be predators. And being fit gives us more options I'm gonna use this and even rewatch this video as a reminder I appreciate you king's

7:22 bruh this question is is very circumstantial being able to work out at home consistently when no one is watching you shows self leadership, people that work out at the gym often need motivation thats outside themselves
