Steve, agree with your fear of AI in reducing the value perception. However, sometimes the challenge isn't the writing itself, it is knowing WHAT to write about that creates value for your audience. So if for your Gmail Undo example, if you can think of a unique question or a unique application of the feature that no one else has thought about, it may not matter if it is written by AI because that value was in the actual creative process to uncover those gold nuggets. In the consulting world, it's the basis for value-based fees instead of hourly. Need your manufacturing press fixed and you're able to do it with one strike of a hammer? It's not the amount of time it took to hit the machine with the hammer, it's knowing where to hit it!
