The problem I've had with most tremolos is that because you are modulating amplitude, there is an overall volume drop compared to the bypassed signal. Some pedals have compensated for this by adding a volume boost, or even a volume knob, so you can balance the volume of the tremolo/no-tremolo signals when clicked in. Does this tremolo have either?

I own a 6V6 amp with harmonic tremolo.....but I built it myself. Basically a brownface Super with a Deluxe Reverb power section.

Would it be possible to convert the internal trim pot to an external pot? I figure an A Taper 100k pot with some leads to the PCB should work just as well?

It's full frequency response, so nothing needs to be done to make it a "bass pedal".

Is the board built in a way where I could grab the panning between filters and send to stereo outputs? Can't wait for these to get back in stock!

Sorta. There isn't infrastructure designed into the PCB for that, but if you look at the schematic, you can see that C7 is the high pass output and C8 is the low pass output. You could pull either one of those caps and run it to a separate out.

I have a BYOC Trem pedal That I bought maybe 12-15 years ago that was assembled by someone else. It just has speed and depth controls like the one in this demo. Is there any way to tell what type trem it produces? Brown? Blackface, etc.? I enjoyed the video, thank you!

It would be the same trem we still sell today. It's more of a blackface trem.
