hey DK...im new to the less lethal products. i will be purchasing one soon for carrying everyday for protection. ive had my eye on the LE but then see reviews about the gavle, salt, and im getting a bit overwhelmed because everyone says different things. in YOUR raw opinion, what is the best option for carrying a less lethal launcher in public to stop an attacker? LE, gavle, salt? whats most important? joules? thank you

@@Holy_Athletics The Gavle is going to be the most powerful for the size if you're trying to carry it concealed. The Mercury Rise IntruBuster or other variant is going to be A little bit more powerful but bigger and it's going to hold two more rounds and we'll have a quick pierce mechanism where you slap the bottom of the grip The Gavle You do have to twist to pierce. @@bryancantrell1138 Thanks! Yes, even easier actually since you don't have to take the front piece off. It will give more shots and allow 12g instead of 8g, but will make it bigger. Not more power though. So it just a personal preference. I have it on my HD but not my SD

Well dam I've been looking for one and every time i have the money he's out now they have them in stock and I just bought the Defender Defense Pistol better known as mercury rise intrubuster so I'm busted but thanks on the info and tutorial DK one of these days owe well I'd rather carry something with a little more pop like the intrubuster or whatever there calling it now

I like the way this looks and it looks fun like I know everybody else uses protection but me and my friends like to shoot each other with them we joke around a lot. Is there anyway to put a longer barrel because it’s pretty weak and I wondered if you could put a longer barrel to getmore jewels out of it

Would putting some synthetic grease on that spring around the barrel, where it slides, get rid of that scratchy sound.? Or would that gunk up the rest of the Byrna?

I would just stick with silicone spray. It probably would help, but may hurt in the process, lol I don't hear it when it's in all together properly. At least not enough to matter.

@@universalrebel503 Over the Byrna Ammo, yes. They carry way more energy to the target as they weigh 7.9g instead of just 2.9. You need mass to carry energy

@@fabtup9611 yes, but either is going to hang down a tad more than ideal because of the way the rail is made lower than normal on them. But still will work
