I found this about a month ago and have listened to it almost everyday since. And I don't comment often but the last bit where the lady shared her experience months later instantly brought me to tears and it brings me to tears everytime I listen. It was so beautiful and loving, a truly profound transformation that I wish for everyone.

4:55 Jobs. Everyone's got one. Everything's got one 6:18 Judging mode 8:26 She doesn't 8:48 WE be responsible instead! In THAT moment we're being irresponsible to ourselves, to our peace 11:20 Who should change for OUR happiness? 13:34 Pain and misery or peace and happiness 20:10 She'll end up miserable 21:20 Dialogue 23:16 I AM WHAT I THINK YOU ARE IN THE MOMENT 23:53 Dialogue 2 It's not the boundary. It's the truth 27:08 Part 2 28:22 Give up happens. It's not smth I gotta do 30:46 Attention. Why do you want attention? Fulfillment 32:05 34:05 the attack is an attempt to prove your innocence 36:18 With the thought, we attack. Without the thought, we do the opposite Then how can the other person be the issue? If the thought is a defense against the worst, and you attack anyway, how are you safe? When you think someone's gonna hurt you, it's the belief that's hurting you right then! 40:04 😂 41:06 The other person is your PROJECTED. Only who you believe them to be 44:25 Why would you do that? If giving everything up will make someone happy, how do you know that's true? 45:30 It's okay cuz you're still there. If it wasn't okay, you'd go or straight up end things 47:10 You do what you think THEY do! :o 49:51 Turn it around! Practice the Truth when anyone comes at you I am needy. Where are you so needy, you try pull another off their path for YOURSELF I am manipulative. Where are you manipulative? With your own mind? I am untrustworthy I am conniving I am dangerous I am greedy 52:50 Aren't you already living the worst when you think this way? With someone or without, all you truly have is your mind 54:39 Why can something dumb torment us sm? It's all self-murder, all murder the love in our hearts 56:28 How often do we already torture us by doing the very thing we don't want, in our mind? When we say I'm willing to, we're saying we're open to THAT mental xp 58:28 Take the me out of the equation, and it's only a movie. The mind runs the movie. @@sharonanswer7865 watch the video again. The moment (and it really is a moment)in which the young woman and last person doing the work, finally releases (or it gets released because she doesn't do it but it is done) her painful thoughts of jealousy, insecurity and envy. It's INVISIBLE so it's hard to see. But toward the end, the thought is released (by grace) and she is on her way to freedom. The young woman saw something differently. She couldn't MAKE herself see it, but was just able to see it with byron katie's assistance. It's hard to speak about the formless in the form of language because, well, it's FORMLESS.

The letter at the end from Marga, the young woman, is amazing. I want that kind of peace too. I think we all get jealous or resentful and not just of our love partner, but others who seem to have more than we do or what we want for ourselves. The truth that Katie shares is we have what we need, everything we need, inside our minds and inside our hearts. It's truly about questioning our thoughts. Powerful stuff!

WOW‼️ This was very powerful and really hit home for me. We think we have all the evidence from our partners on why we are being ignored, unloved, hurt. But probably, we are doing that to ourselves most of the time. I think it's so important that Katie kept bringing it back to "we have to love ourselves and be in partnership with ourselves first", and then we will "get and understand" other people more. We do a lot of projecting and criticizing in our minds, and it can be so damaging and destructive. This helped me to see my own jealousy habits and where I can improve and grow......

OMG, that made me feel her pain as she said "Katie, I want to take that image & bash it against the wall" The tears fell, poor girl, I know where she is coming from, it's like never knowing if he's faithful ...and booze involved, so often people lose inhibitions & whether they want to or not, before they have time to say no, they are in the middle of having sex with their drinking partner. That's why it's such a tempting situation when men & women drink too much together. In fact, at some point in an adults life, usually they realize this can make for a situation that can too easily that can get out of control. This couple, being in a band are really placing themselves in an incredibly threatened situation & it must be so darn hard for this girl to handle it, especially because she does not drink! I really feel for her. I hope she is doing alright, wherever you are now, girl - I know you need to find happiness & strength in your own self love first & foremost. Blessings to you xxx
