Might not be the best for us, but it great schedule wise for the crew. its not working because if lebron has the power to veto whatever the head coach says then he doesnt have real power. and then if he doesnt have power, the other players stop listening to the coach. if lebron is made the head coach, he can let all the assistant coaches do the little day to day stuff but it would be clear he is the one making the big decisions.

As head coach he will just be the final decision maker, assistant/associate head coach will take care of film and most coaching duties. He’ll call plays and make rotation decisions. This could be the best move of his career
