bystander HARASSES COP during shooting - Pittsburg, CA police breakdown

The city has publicly released body camera footage showing an officer shooting and wounding an Oakland man who authorities say pointed a loaded handgun at the policeman.
Kerdell Lillard, 32, survived being shot in the arm by Pittsburg police Ofc. Richard Beltram, who is in his second year as a policeman. Lillard has been charged with assault and gun possession, both felonies, authorities said.
