In no way is this a 10/10 kit. Not only is she massively stat hungry, she can not be buffed. She has no defense penetration (effectively, her s3 is a weaker top model luluca s3) Her S1 lacks anything unique, and her base stats are so awfully low, even with a full set of 103-106 item level gear (i tested it on rem) she is no where near the amount of stats she would need to be to be any sort of threat. She's entirely reliant on others to defense break for her, and once again. Zero. Buffs. I've been playing since launch and have been top 10 gvg since it's begun. So I have a general solid knowledge of what's good and what isn't. I assure you, her current kit is trash beyond trash. Unless they make her s3 have a 4.0 modifier. She's an easy skip. She'll tickle most high defense light units with her zero pen. My gvg meta ilynav has 23k hp. And 3.1k defense rocket punch. This hwayoung would tickle her.

It says if an ally loses more than 40% allies in e7 mean allies of you the player so that includes hwa too. She will use shura if she herself loses 40
