yes , I also faced this issue when I had a chance to see movie Vasantha Maligai in this theatre in egmore, Very bad Smell, broken seat, switching off ac while seeing movie.

From my very young age, i thought of going to all cinema theaters in Chennai and i finally got a chance to go to Albert and to my surprise it was totally a mess, i dont complain because it was for C class. Go to A or B class theaters if you want hygiene and things like that, you should be ready to pay more as well. Everything comes at a praise these days!!...
