Here we are 30 years later and people are still asking her for pictures and autographs. She is still bringing the house down. Saw Celine in December and she was amazing. The tickets were not $25. I still don’t think Celine realizes what a big deal she is.

Back then learning & speaking English was important for her cross over career in the US so she put her all into it. Now, she’s past all that and it’s not of the importance it once was so she’s gotten lazy about speaking it perfectly and her accent has thickened again.

​@@spanisheyes1958 right. She still goes back to speaking like this of the situation needs it. Like the other day at the gala she presented an award for. She spoke with minimal accent and went back to this kind of voice too. She's gotten confortable with the language, she doesnt have to privé herself anymore so when she's just having fun she just talks.
