Liked all specially fixing the screws.I really want to make buns.Will you please tell the time and temperature in oven.Though I had tried to make bun earlier it was not very soft and did not had the brown shade on top though I made in oven .How to ensure they are soft and golden brown on top?Also please show coconut bun and dilkhush bun if you know it.

Nice tips. To get the brown color, after baking, when it is ready, then put the bun upside down and then cover the dish and again put it on the stove to get the brown color. This way both the top and bottom portion of the bun gets brown color.
